- Launched my beauty journey through a hands-on apprenticeship, mastering core skills like facials, waxing, and client service. This solid foundation ignited a passion for the industry and fueled my pursuit of excellence.
- Transitioned to the vibrant salon environment of Essential Beauty, delivering diverse treatments like microdermabrasion, IPL, and brow/lash services. Exceeding client expectations fostered a love for personalized beauty care and honed my skills across various modalities.
- Elevated my repertoire in the luxurious spa environment of Indulge Spa & Wellness Retreat, offering massage, body treatments, and advanced techniques like microdermabrasion. This refined my knowledge and client care expertise, further solidifying my passion for the spa industry.
2013
- Stepped into a managerial role at Body Bronze, overseeing salon operations while excelling in salon treatments such as waxing, spray tans, lash and brow treatments. This solidified my leadership and relationship-building skills, preparing me for future challenges.
2015
- Spearheaded the transformation of Body Bronze into the premier skin clinic, "About Body," through strategic rebranding and service expansion. This ensured a smooth transition and solidified its industry position, demonstrating my strategic thinking and execution abilities.
2017
- Embraced a new chapter at Elly Lukas Beauty Therapy College, igniting a passion for beauty in future professionals by crafting engaging lessons and championing quality education. I empowered them to thrive through global exposure and industry events, fostering my passion for knowledge sharing and nurturing the next generation of beauty experts.
- Transitioned to the world of event makeup artistry at Crown Resorts, elevating client experiences at prestigious events like the Spring Racing Carnival. Delivering exceptional makeup services and upholding Crown Spa's luxury standards ensured unforgettable moments for high-profile clientele, showcasing my adaptability and professionalism.
2019
- Joined Dermalogica, championing their expertise by delivering their curriculum to diverse audiences and collaborating with teams to boost sales and skills. Creating engaging content solidified my dedication to elevating the industry through knowledge sharing and fueled my desire to impact a wider audience.
- If honing my craft wasn't enough. During my Dermalogica journey, I also invested in a Social Media Certificate from Social Media College. This short but impactful program equipped me with the tools to create engaging online content and maximize brand reach, keeping me ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving beauty industry.
2022
- At Sephora, I spearheaded education and training initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seamless learning integration.
